Death and the grief that follows is heart wrenching, and planning a funeral in the midst of that grief is beyond difficult. William Pickard and James Phillips made sure the planning for my husband's (Rodney Gaines) funeral was anything but difficult. I could never fully express to the staff at Rogers Pickard how their compassion and assistance with planning took so much stress away from me during this time. I have dealt with several funeral homes in the past, as I am not originally from Sanford, but the experience with the staff at Rogers Pickard Funeral Home was beyond any expectation I could have ever had.
