Position: LPN
Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes.

Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and medication reminders.

Monitor and report changes in clients’ health status to the supervising nurse.

Foster a supportive and nurturing environment for clients and their families.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
-
Minimum 1 year experience.
-
Must be state certified.

Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients.
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to adapt to various client needs and situations.
-
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
